Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the MLVisor website and platform.

Last updated

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the MLVisor website and, where you have been granted access, the MLVisor platform (together, the “Service”), provided by ImperialTechs. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Access and accounts

MLVisor is currently offered to design partners and waitlist participants. Access may be granted, limited or withdrawn at our discretion during this period.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to you and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or to build models intended to cause harm or to discriminate unlawfully against individuals;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of VisorEngine except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties without a written agreement;
  • interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

4. Your data and models

You retain all rights to the data you supply and to the models you train with the Service. The platform is designed to run within your own infrastructure; we claim no licence over your datasets or model weights, and we do not use them to train our own systems.

5. Our intellectual property

MLVisor, VisorEngine, VisorHub, and the associated software, documentation, names and marks remain the property of ImperialTechs. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, and nothing more.

6. Pre-release software

Features described on this site may be in development, and roadmap dates are indicative rather than contractual. Pre-release functionality is provided as is, may change or be withdrawn, and should not be relied upon for production decisions without your own validation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Model outputs are probabilistic and require your own review before being acted upon.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will do so.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where we hold your contact details, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
