MLVisor is a product of ImperialTechs. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the MLVisor platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

The platform is designed so that your datasets and trained model weights never leave your own infrastructure. MLVisor runs inside your environment and does not route your data through an external large language model or third-party inference API.

We collect only what we need to operate and improve the service:

• Contact details you submit through the demo request, waitlist, careers or contact forms — typically name, email address, company and your message.
• Account data if you are provisioned access to the platform: identifier, organisation and role.
• Usage and diagnostic data about this website, such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser type and errors encountered.

We do not collect the contents of your datasets, queries or trained models.

• To respond to demo requests, sales enquiries and support tickets.
• To provision, secure and operate platform access.
• To diagnose faults and improve site and product reliability.
• To send product updates where you have asked to receive them. Every such message includes a one-click unsubscribe.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where the GDPR or the Turkish KVKK applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent (forms and marketing email), the performance of a contract (providing the platform), and our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Enquiry and waitlist records are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted. Account records are kept for the life of the agreement plus any period required by law. Diagnostic logs are retained for a rolling 90 days.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request a portable copy.

This site uses browser local storage to remember your theme and language preference. These are set only by us, are never used to track you across other sites, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

We apply encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but because platform workloads run inside your own environment, the surface exposed to us is deliberately minimal.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and where appropriate by email.
